Uttarakhand Infrastructure Development Company Limited (U-DeC) is a joint venture company between the Government of Uttarakhand (GoU)and, Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd. (IDFC) incorporated on November 18, 2002 with the prime objective of assisting GoU and its agencies in developing sectoral policies and development strategies for various infrastructure sectors, render assistance in project selection, development and implementation.
